Original French Ham Steak

One Ham steak, sliced thin
2 - 3 tbs butter
1 - 2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 - 2 tbs green peppercorns

Pound the ham steak until approximately ½ inch thick. Saute it in 1 - 2 tbs of the butter. When cooked, remove the ham and add the remaining butter and other ingredients. Stir until emulsified and serve over the ham.
